Someone remind Triumph we are only just over half way through 2008

Mind you they all look exactly the same as the 2008 models anyway.

Did you notice how many 675 track bikes were at mallory on Saturday? Quite a few...would make a cracking track bike i reckon.

Mike, the guy i was talking to for a while and who had come to watch,, was so enthralled by it all, he now wants to buy himself a trackbike...even though he hasn't ridden or raced a bike in anger for over 25 years.

I never noticed any 675's to be honest. not that i was looking.

In that 2009 list, they say the 675 is 3kg lighter?  Blimey - wonder what they lopped off.

Aw, sad to see that there's no significant change for the Speed Triple.

 

I was hoping that something new would help drop the prices of the 05/07 models, would help me in my battle!!!

I have just the bike for you Dave, '06 plate graphite grey less than 5k miles cat D with cosmetic damage only, I have 'street tripled' it but its really for you younger riders.. ahem.. I'm after a Shiver... I would like to see it go to a good home, any sensible offer will secure it, I have been thinking of going Ebat but somehow can't be bothered with the crap on there, pictures available, or if anyone else fancies it drop me an email (les at saab900 dot co dot uk) and feel the noize...

Hopefully going to get a ride on my mate's new 675 over the weekend. I really fancy one as a roadbike.

Saying that i'd fancy one for a racebike but can't afford one. Will have to start my assault on the Northwest's circuits on something Japanese and 4 cylindery

I was going to ask your thoughts on the price they are on that auction site for between 4500 and 5000, I reckon to put it back to mint would cost less than a  grand so would you think 3.6k is a fair place to start?

 

its got a carbon front mudguard........ and a 1050ST throttle

 

I can do a walk round video of it for anyone thats long distance....

That price seems fair. Like you say, you can get the plastics to make it a track or road bike.
